Please note that the advance amount is non-refundable.
In case of any delivery delays, they may occur due to unforeseen reasons, but rest assured, your order will be delivered.
If your order is not delivered or there are any issues, our support executives will assist you and ensure the matter is resolved.

After Delivery:

No refunds only exchange

exchange charge 500 rupees

only sneakers can be exchanged if the product was damaged or wrong product received

and watches can be exchanged if damaged but you should follow this for that(

Format of Unboxing video proof for Exchange

1) Please make a 360° uncutted video of the parcel (so we can check parcel is not already open)

2) Any damage or any issue please show it clearly in video and also mention with your voice

3) Provide unboxing video proof within 24 hours of delivery after that we are not responsible

4) Parcel should not go out of video plz.

NOTE
1) Unboxing video should be in above format even if 1 point is not followed we will not accept
2) We recommend when u open the parcel there should be 2 person one opening parcel and other making video.)
